hi i lost my children to them dec 20th 2002 after allegations were made the doctor could find no marks to correspond to the allegations but they took by babies anyway a is 11 s is 9 a is 5 and c is 3 i just did not know what to do the sol told me that we would fail regardless of what we done, hubby was mad it started of with Julian watkins sw and julie Mirvis turning up on my doorstep with police in tow we refused them entry as the children were not even present and they wanted to speak to them. that was 17th dec they took us to court and got an interim care order even though we did not go into the court room as i had h=to have an ambulance called for me but the decision went their way as usual, we had a guardian ad litem called elizabeth bond she was a cow she did not listen to what we were saying the had made their minds up that this was going on. they put the children on the at risk register until march. we had a change of sw in febuary he started off nice and then change when he met my hubby he did not like him, his area manager ian cox told him to stop my hubbys contact because he was fearful for the safety of the SW NOT THE CHILDREN because my hubby dare ask questions of them as we were not getting any reply to them at other time so contact was the only place to do it. we finally went to court in febuary 2004 and lost the casetheir barrister Johnathen swift was a B****** he really striped us onthe stand they called in all these expert that told them what they wanted to hear after lengthy phone calls to each other. we lost the children to a care order and freeing for adoption but we intend on fighting them, they dont like people like us to fight and ask questions they even allow kids to go back to parents that have abused their kids but when it comes to those that are innocent they throw away the key. if POOLE social services read this well tough there is no law to stop mre from doing this you have wreaked my family so i intend on wreaking your life to by naming and shaming you the judge was Judge Bond

hi there lillilittle, u go girl!!! my story is the same as yours, is it something to do with this end of the coutry or something??!! my little girl was taken after a 'straight forward' court date, nothing would happen, it was just directions, my solicitor told me, yeah rite!! i stumbled out of court in a daze and without my 9mnth old little girl, even to this day i can remeber what she was wearing to the last t! then in march, the freeing order was granted by a pratt called judge cotterill, who is reknowned for being a miserable hard hearted bastard, we got his sympathy,(which i told him he could shove up his arse!!) the main reason the order was granted, was because from january 2004-march 2004 her and my little boy had been living with the pap and he felt that to move them would be disruptive.... but i could go on to parent again? !!!!

:)Hi lillittle,i lost my daughter 15 years ago to the care system, and i say to you dont give up the ss depts and the family courts have got away with tearing families apart for too long and now that we all stand united and have a voice, it is bound to make a diffrence in some way. like i have said to some families one door opens and one slams in your face and so on but one day that door will open and stay open for alot of families. you are so right the ss dept does not like anyone to question there ability, they are so frightend now as they no were on to them and we all know that they lie fabricate to there advantage and will go to any lengths to get what they want which is our children. so dont give up love, and let this give you the strength to fight. take care living for justice ;D ;D

I was taken away from my mum at 9 years old along with my 3 siblings during the period of hillary southams break down. I am now 15 and have been promised by numerous social workers that i will be back with her within the next few weeks so they moved me and told it was a long term placement until i reach 18, we’ve olaced formal complaint against these social workers yet nothing is being done about it.

Go and walk into any solicitors office and tell them. They will help. you may have to try 2 or 3 solicitors offices but you will get help. When you walk in ask if they do family law. Good luck
