any info concerning this Social Worker

Recently I have spoken to a very good friend of mine. She has asked me to find out about someone that abused her when she was young. She has also been informed that this person now works for Social Services in the Essex area of the UK. His name is Micheal Santos( not sure if he now under this name or under another) but from what i have been told he has tattoo's on both hands (across his fingers). The description of this is on one hand he has LOVE and on the other he has HATE. If anyone that reads this message does know of a Social Worker with this name or with this description in the Essex area or any other area of the UK then please contact me either by email or by leaving a message on this board, private or public.
I do feel that if this person is working within the child protection system then he would be a potential risk to any children that he may be involved with. If any information results from this post then i will pass it onto the authority's within the area so that he can be removed from working within the child protection system.

Almost all social workers work self employed and set up their own company to do so. Search their name on UK company directors searches and you will find their company name telephone and address etc from that search
