Foster care is intended to protect children from neglect and abuse at the hands of parents and other family members, yet all too often it becomes an equally cruel form of neglect and abuse by the state. Children often face greater risks in its existing foster care program than they do in their own homes: Sometimes, foster care placements are made that are just as abusive, if not more so, than the home from which the child was removed. There have even been cases where children have died in Foster Care. The effect of our present foster care system is disastrous. Children are moved from one foster home to another, their school attendance is disrupted and health care needs often go unmet. They are sometimes exposed to abuse by other children in care.

very true, although (i cant elaborate just incase the SOCIAL WRECKERS decide to have a nose) i do get on very well with 2 of the foster carers that my kids are with, im very grateful to them as they have been very 'helpful' and i do class them as 'freinds'. still my kids are being passed to respite carers without my knowledge and when sw asked why, its because the carers need a break.... OKAY, WHAT ABOUT THE REAL PARENTS, IF THEY NEED A BREAK??? TOUGH nuts BASICALLY!! the carers that i am on about have been put in a very awkward position by SOCIAL SERVICES- (and you know who you are verway, otway etc) they were told that my partner must not be in contact with the children, the kids must not try to contact him or have a photo even, but, when my ex contacted the carers to explain briefly that their great gran was in hospital, they were grateful to him, and also they hear sherri and kallym talking about him POSITIVELY and saying they love him and miss him, so if i do bump into them in town, they are then put in that horrible position... does anyone have saddam husseins phone number so that i can order a terrorist to assasinate social workers??

Hi Shell, After reading your post, and this that has happened whilst in care can be used in the courts against the SS. Use the forms that they use to remove children, supplement for child protection order. You can find the details about it on my website under the section forms to get your children back. Has some of these accidents have had hospital treatment then this becomes your proof for your case. If you need help to fill in the form then just leave a message and i will get back to you ok.
